Machen Sie jetzt unseren 12-Fragen-Check zu erblichen Tumorerkrankungen und nutzen Sie Ihre Chance für eine erweiterter Vorsorge. Hierzu füllen Sie bitte beide Fragebögen aus. Wenn Sie eine der untenstehenden Fragen mit "Ja" beantworten, werden eine ärztliche Beratung und davon eventuell ausgehende genetische Abklärung empfohlen. Beratung und Testung werden bei Bedarf von den gesetzlichen und privaten Krankenkassen übernommen. Eine entsprechende genetische Untersuchung kann bei positivem Befund weiterführende präventive Maßnahmen ermöglichen.

Have you or a family member been diagnosed with ovarian cancer (at any age)?
Have there been two or more cases of breast cancer in your family in first relatives (mother, sister, daughter) in which one of the affected persons was younger than 51 years?
Did you or a family member (mother, father, siblings, children) develop breast cancer before the age of 36?
Have you or a family member had breast cancer in both breasts or multiple cancers (e.g. breast and ovarian cancer)?
Has a male member of your family been diagnosed with breast cancer?
Darmkrebs und Prostatakrebs
Has anyone in your family (mother, father, siblings, grandparents, children) under the age of 50 been diagnosed with colorectal carcinoma (i.e. colon or rectum), endometrial, small bowel, ureteral or renal pelvis carcinoma?
Have at least 3 people in your family been diagnosed with colorectal carcinoma (i.e. colon or rectum), endometrial, small bowel, ureter or renal pelvis carcinoma?
Have you or a direct relative had several polyps (more than 10) in the colon that were discovered during a colonoscopy?
Have 3 or more relatives (father, brother, son) been diagnosed with prostate cancer?
Were 2 first-degree relatives (father, brother, son) diagnosed with prostate cancer before the age of 55?
Has your family been diagnosed with prostate cancer in 3 generations on the same side (i.e. either exclusively on the mother's side or exclusively on the father's side)?
Are there any cases of rare tumor diseases in your family, such as pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, stomach cancer or uterine cancer, which occurred at an unusually young age (before the age of 50)?
